Helping you develop a healthy relationship with your body and food

You may be here because...

  • You are unhappy with or find it hard to be in your body.

  • It is a constant battle to find clothes you feel comfortable in or look good in.

  • You base how you feel about yourself on how you look.

  • You are obsessed with losing weight, or terrified of gaining weight.

  • You struggle with extremely limited/restrictive eating or out of control eating.

  • You try to set rules with eating habits, but struggle to follow through with those rules.

  • You experience shame, guilt, or embarrassment because of your eating habits.

When going through such struggles, we often find ourselves using food to cope with our emotions. We can place extreme restrictions on what we eat, where we eat, and when we eat. We can engage in extreme eating, eating large amounts in short periods of time, feeling like we can't control when we stop, and feeling guilt and shame afterwards. Oftentimes, we hide what our eating habits are like from any and everyone, even those closest to us.

I can help you develop a healthier relationship with your body and with food. I can help you develop a "Health at Every Size" mindset, where you adopt a lifestyle that promotes healthy eating habits and enjoyable physical activity as a way to feel better about yourself, regardless of your body appearance.

You can learn to stop the unhealthy food cycle you are caught in. You can develop healthy coping strategies to manage stress and negative thoughts about your body. You can develop a neutral outlook toward your body and create healthy relationships with your body and food.
