When we experience these things, we often have physical reactions. A sick feeling in our stomach. Fast, shallow breathing. Our hearts beating faster and faster. Our bodies aching and hurting. And when really bad, we may think we're having a heart attack. This often leads us to retreat from our life. We sometimes avoid people and situations that cause these feelings and reactions to be worse. We often can't sleep because of these feelings. We sometimes ignore responsibilities because we are so worried the worst will happen. We try to control this worry and nervousness, but instead we find it controls us.

I can help you find calm and peace from what seems like overwhelming worry. I can help you develop skills to manage stress in healthy ways. I can help you change these worrying thoughts and beliefs to more hopeful ones.

You can develop the skills to manage the anxiety in productive ways. You can take back control of your life and relationships. You can learn to live the life you want to live, despite the worry and dread that may come.
