Often when we are struggling with these things we isolate from close friends and family. We may find ourselves unable to do anything, even simple tasks and responsibilities we used to do every day. We may also try to ignore these things by oversleeping, overworking, or over-scheduling our lives so we don't have to deal with it. We may see drastic changes in our eating or sleeping habits. We may also hurt ourselves, or have thoughts of hurting ourselves, like through cutting or burning, to try and shift our emotional pain to physical pain.

I can help you find hope where these seems to be no hope. I can help you find worth where there seems to be no worth. I can help you identify and change these underlying thoughts and beliefs that feed and support these difficult emotions you struggle with.
